As the main force of the company,the production department has correspondingly established cost optimization schemes for each section of steel-making and rolling mill optimization of scrap iron material collocation, optimization of auxiliary material collocation, handmade sample cups and spoons, control of cutting head and tail length, optimization of steel ladle methods.According to the situation, each department combined with the actual situation clear target nodes, formed an executable work layout. ”Each ton of steel is profit, each piece of material is the cost”,only each position based on its post, broaden sources of income and reducing expenditure can come true.
