Thoughts on the training of "good Chinese employee "for functional staff of Yongxing Company in Nigeria

    In order to strengthen management awareness and build team spirit, Yongxing Nigeria Company has launched a series of training programs named "Good Chinese Employees" for Chinese employees since March 2019.This training is to further strengthen the bottom staff understanding to the enterprise management system, improve management efficiency, strengthen team building to lay a good foundation for development and growth of the company .

    The training is mainly held in the way of watching the video, interspersed with the staff's training speech, so that the staff can connect theory with practice in the process of listening to the video, and find the shortcomings in the work and make improvements.The training content is vivid, the problem point is found.During the training, the staff listened attentively and took notes carefully.
