Nigeria Yongxing Company five continuous rolling reconstruction has succeeded

    With the joint efforts and persistence of the rolling mill mechanic, electrician, adjuster, rolling mill team and other personnel, Nigeria Yongxing Company successfully completed the reconstruction of the five-continuous rolling mill within 35 days and nights from March 3 to April 6, 2021.

    Flaming red billets floated down from continuous casting, going through three 600 mills, two 520 mills, crank shears, and conveyor rolls, all of which were so smooth that the billets were flowing through the five successive mills, the square billets being rolled into a long red iron rod , like a rope.

    The successful reconstruction of the five continuous rolling mill will greatly reduce the equipment failures in the section of the rolling mill, and improve the rate of finished products and the capacity of the rolling mill, which will lay a favorable foundation for the company to enhance the competitiveness of the products and improve the overall operation efficiency and benefits of the company.
