MY BEAUTIFUL YONGXING

My name is David Austin K.with i.d no 3277. I work in the admin dept. I was part of this beautiful organization on the 25th of  Feb.2017.hired to work as an Hr Assistant to the Chinese masters.Let me start by letting us know the meaning of yongxing in Chinese and the beauty of it.

Yongxing means star shines forever, it’s metaphor for it will light your road up all the time. I looked across my celebratory cheese cake and beamed up at my new co-workers.I couldn’t believe i had finally landed my dream job. All of the senior colleagues were very receptive, the finance team, marketing team, and the entire staff of this wonderful organization has been as human resource personnel out my favorite magazine. My job was to work alongside the HR manager to help create a more healthy marriage between the finance and marketing departments, thus improving our sales and workplace environment. On my way home, I flashed back and finally had an exciting and secure career. I found a new way to work toward my new dream. From this experience I learned the importance of adaptability. Only through my ability to embrace the change happening around me was I am able to find a new job and start a new life with new visions and goals……

All I have noticed so far was that all the Nigerian workers were so respectful and nice to be with. The cleaning section that is the house keep generally carried out their duties with smiles which makes me feel so happy and accommodated all.  The Chinese masters and mistress are all fund to be with...... This has made me understand that there is mutual understanding and clear communication skills between the Nigerian workers and the Chinese.

Yongxing steel company has taught me to be more humble and faithful in carrying out my duty diligently. More so I was given the platform and privilege to work as an intermediary between the Chinese workers and Nigerian workers, publicizing the rightful information that’s needed by the people. So I urge everyone to give inyour best in whatever way this can enhance team work, as it said that it is not possible to break a bounce of broom but too easy to break a stick of broom so lets work in one spirit in achieving our goal and promoting a company……
