From the first day that I was employed into the Yongxing Steel Company Limited to work with you, I believed you were the best Boss for me. And for more than three years I have been working with you, I have found no reason to doubt my believe at the beginning.
You are an honest and hardworking Boss, bold, loving and always having solutions to all problems.You are smart, energetic and of high morale. You are always everywhere in the factory almost at the same time. You may not have been perfect in all ways but I can assure you that you are a very good man with wonderful talents and great sense of humor. Your good morals, ethics and inspiring advice will always be light onto my path as I journey through life and career.

When other Bosses gave targets, you gave me a vision. When other Bosses gave orders, you gave me directions. When other Bosses lead with authority, you led me with affection and taught me not just how to be more efficient at work, but also, how to be happier with work. You don’t talk much but your actions speak volumes. No college course could have ever taught me as much as you have.

The employees worked harder and better under your leadership and even more when you assumed the position of the Acting Production Manager. This hard work by the employees was not because of the pay but because you made it easier to work with you. Youare great achiever, an epitome of wisdom and a perfect motivator.

Thank you boss formaking me to understand that being a Boss doesn’t just comes naturally but by hard work and dedication.

Your vision for this Organization is beautiful and inspiring, and I can boldly say that you have skillfully assembled a team of great intellect, capable of realizing this vision.
