MANIFESTING YOUR HIDDEN GREATNESS

My name is Amadin John with the I.d number NG-2299, a safety officer in the safety department. I joined this wonderful company on the 13th January, 2015  and on the 13th January 2017, I will be 2 years old with great working experience. An author once said, “some people are born great; some are destined for greatness; while others achieve greatness through hard work, determination and diligence.

Yongxing steel,over the years, has elevated workers both Chinese and Nigerian workers to the positions of greatness through the enabling environment and the right systems, she continues to provide for all workers. Great people are people of possibilities. To become great, one has to be responsible; have positive attitude towards result-oriented task; be highly motivated, diligent, dedicated to work, promote good team work and be persistent in overcoming challenges.Challenges don’t break us, but build us.

In yongxing steel,Greatness is undeniable because yongxing steel is a destiny-builder, where every workers learns to become professional and expert in their various department. Robert kiyosaki once said “failure defeats losers, but inspires winners. Therefore, you are never a loser until you quit trying. It is fine to celebrate success, but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure”.

I am really grateful to the management and members of staff of this great company. I sincerely thank the dogged and charismatic safety manager, Mr Chen, his amiable assistant, Mr Ryan and my industrious team mates for bringing out the hidden greatness in me. The best is yet to come.
