    In May 2013, when I was away from home for the first time, thousands of miles away came to this land of Africa. Fast forward more than two years have elapsed from the freshly arrived, not suited to the now fully integrated as Nigeria Yongxing among the most common one, also witnessed the Nigerian Yongxing Company's growth and development.

    To be honest, as a front-line employee, the biggest difficulty is to overcome the climate of Nigeria, during the rainy season and dry season of hot moist, and China is completely different climate with four distinct seasons. We came to the African continent not only overcome the environment, adapt to local life, in order to gradually integrate into Nigeria Yongxing team work.

    Our team, Nigeria Yongxing family, that is, the combination of such a large number of willing to endure hardship, to figh,we came to this land of Africa to develop, stationed root, grow and develop.

    I still remember When I first arrived the company is planning the final stages in the rainy season, to overcome all the work carried out at any time with the moment will come pouring rain, it is not easy.From the beginning of production, opening 1/2 sleeve furnace test machine, 4 sets of furnaces to gradually all up and running, and ultimately to the current five sets to achieve efficient production furnace ...... double classes as a member of the company's most common witness production The production from 400 tons to 500 tons, to 600 tons, 700 tons, and ultimately change in the average yield had tons of leaps and bounds. Many changes, was to think about, but in the company's high goals and penalties and rewards to encourage, employees and line managers to overcome difficulties, hard work, and ultimately the company's objectives and requirements.

    As a furnace worker, saw the big changes of production,I am really proud and also proud of the brothers from different positions. Field processing scrap timely supply a steady stream of good material, playing furnace workers responsible only to lay every stove, furnace workers on the yield / quality / devices full attention and pay close attention to, casting the middle of the bridge linking the staff is the key always get on top of the mill employees to better the last one off, yielding a beautiful strip of steel to meet the market demand ...Of course, there are many auxiliary production logistics units, our sincere cooperation, silent support for the company's developments with their own contributions.
