The Output Of Melting Workshop In Yongxing Company Created A New Breakthrough

In May, 2014, the output of melting workshop in Yongxing company created a new breakthrough in the efforts of all the leaders and staff. The daily output of melted iron hit a new record.

In March 2014, electrical engineering Master Li yan from medium frequency furnace was working on the speed improvement of medium frequency furnace. How to ensure that we can reduce the malfunction rate and improve the function rate when speeding up the medium frequency furnace is the key to the improvement scheme? After continuous trials of master Li yan and the efforts of management personnel and frontline staff, the speed of medium frequency furnace finally reached the requirement as planned. On 1st May, the daily output of melted iron in Yongxing company hit a record high. This good performance made a new start for the production in May. All employees were joyful and happy. 

Although the first victory of production in May brought a great encouragement to us, we never relaxed us only because of the first victory. Moreover, we intensified the investigation and followed up of equipment failure. Besides, the frontline staff put themselves in work more full of passion. Finally, hardworking brought us a big harvest. On May 14th, the daily output of melted iron surpassed the record on May 1st and reached a new record, which left a critical trail for production innovation in Yongxing company. 

In addition, casting and rolling mill were unwilling to lag behind. They competed with each other to have set a series of new records, which brought joy and reward for tight and tired production.

Looking back in June 2013, since the first pot of melted iron output, Nigeria Yongxing company have experienced for nearly a year of wind and rain. In nearly one year, the daily output is increasing continually. All of these results not only come from the efforts of all staff in Yongixing, correct guidance and close attention from leaders, but also from all days and nights of the fighting of front line staff.

Although there were so many obstacles in the process of production, it’s the obstacles which we had been through making us successful.

In future, Yongxing company will pay more attention to the output of production, try it’s best to set a new record and strive to build a brand new company in this exotic land in west Africa. By all of these methods, Yongxing will become the leading hawk in West Africa’s iron and steel industry and create a new era.
