The Train Of Nigerian Reserve Director

Members to participate in the first phase of training class of Nigerian reserve director was selected from numerous Nigerian staff and checked by many managers. These persons were of the characteristics of hard-working, courageous, ambitious and potential leadership. The purpose of this train was to make the outstanding personnel in management level and comprehensive quality having a further progress. We expected if there was a post available among monitor and team leader, we’d like to promote them in priority. Through this we were also trying to lay a talent person’s foundation for company development in future.

The first phase train basically consisted of the following five courses: team introduction, the meaning of team and 13 characteristic of persons in team, enterprise culture and enterprise profile, the personnel administration system training, the sense of responsibility and moral training. This train was mainly boosted by the mode of additional activities.

The first train was the team introduction. The purposes were to let Nigerian staff to have a better understanding between each other, feel the team cooperation and know the importance of team work through activities like team building, ice-breaking, interactive games and so on, which laid the foundation for following train classes. Meaning of team and 13 characteristics of persons in team mainly carried out with role-playing. Each group member spoke enthusiastically, published their views and understanding on a variety of roles, addressed the roles they want to play and explained the reasons. At the same time, they also explained what kind of advantages they could play the roles. Everyone in this train was active, enthusiastic, which pushed whole atmosphere to a new higher point. Finally, with the end of the course of the sense of responsibility and the moral training, the training classes were announced to be over with big success.

In the training activities, all trainees expressed they were impressed by the teacher’s word “life is responsibility! Work is responsibility. Your attitude to work will determine your attitude to life; your performance in work will determine the performance in your life; your achievement in work will determine your achievement in your life”. And they also expressed that they will start from the minor matter, be responsible, try their best to become an irreplaceable member of Nigeria Yongxing company and realize their personal values and dreams in the platform of Nigeria Yongxing.
