Getting through extremely hard time in 2013, all members in Nigeria Yongxin welcome hopeful 2014- the horse year. Horse year is a lucky year like having money immediately, having cars immediately, having lover immediately.

As for Nigeria Yongxin, the horse year means taking the lead, moving smoothly, succeeding greatly. Lunar February was regarded as raising dragon’s head in china. Nigeria Yongxin- the big dragon had also obtained the first breakthrough in February. Whether the daily output of smelting or production of rebar which both had created the highest production in history. The rate of finished rebar is up to 123.81% compared with old plan. For this, let’s applause and cheer for the production line managers, staff, equipment maintenance employees and logistic personnel who worked hard last year.

Looking back to 2013, Nigeria Yongxin had gone through a lot of difficulties and setbacks. Especially for several major equipment failures, these problems had severely restricted the promotion of production. How to solve the problems? How to promote the products? How to attain the objective of production? These questions echoed in all Yongxin staff’s mind. In order to solve these problems, company leaders even established a special group to be responsible for these questions. They put them in priority and took measures like hiring professional and technical personnel, spending a lot of many on equipment technical reform, adjusting management personnel, issuing an incentive plan for staff in production, implementing regulations of tracking and solving equipment failure. Through above serious of measures and heating furnace being put into use on December 8th, 2013, the rate of finished products in December met company requirement at the first time.

Nowadays, although the daily production of Nigeria Yongxin is rising steadily, the following tasks will be more difficult.

1, how to increase production capacity with guaranteeing the quality of products to make the enterprises impregnable?

1, how to increase production capacity while reducing the consumptions and saving costs?

2, how to manage the existing equipment maintenance and improve the efficiency of equipment?

3, how to strengthen safety consciousness and reduce the hidden danger and accidents? 

Above mentioned goals are also the tasks for Nigeria Yongxin in 2014.
