We Are Always Try Hard

Editor's Note: from trial production, Nigeria Yong Xing company has experienced a lot of difficulties and setbacks, but in the joint efforts of all colleagues, we overcome all. At present, for Nigeria Yong Xing companies, how to play everyone's combat effectiveness, enhance production, ensure product quality is the key to make company into the right track. After many times discussion, the company established a group headed by executive vice president Zhang xiang hai, decided to start at increasing the capacity of the production from the source - smelting workshop. 

Executive vice president Zhang xiang Hai and  production manager Lin qian Wei organize relevant personnel to hold a meeting, summarize the exist point which will impact capacity and specify individuals for rectification. During that time executive vice president Zhang suffer malaria, he participates in conferences at once just after hanging up the drip. Product Department Manager Lin sleeps only a day three or four hours, even in the dormitory radio is not shut, when hear problem occurring, he get up immediately and rushed to the scene. 

In order to improve staff awareness of increasing production and enthusiasm for work, the company leadership held meeting for production incentive program, for each section introduce the corresponding production incentive program, to enhance the enthusiasm of frontline employees. In addition to the Nigeria side also enhanced staff training and guidance, and improve the Nigeria workers incentive programs to ensure that Nigeria staff enthusiasm is more active. 

To casting section which affects production, infrastructure managers Peng ming gui and engineers from domestic reform and adjust continuous casting equipment. During that period engineer Peng offer a lot of casting reforming programs which are based on his experience and combines features of our products, try to ensure smooth product which is based on reforming the technology of equipment, to improve product quantity and quality. 

Currently the above measures have achieved some results. But the Nigeria’s Yong Xing people are not self-satisfied, and continue to work hard. In face of difficulties and setbacks, Nigeria Yong Xing people believe that as long as we work together, we can handle all kinds of problems, and finally reach the individual and the company's "win-win."
