Auguest initially is Nigeria Yong Xing steel company’s well-off month ,when we can achieve the break on maunfacture and market. But actually, company suffer many setback, for example power is not stable、bug of transformer ect, which affect the maunfacture.

But after these “unacclimatized” problem happened, Yong Xing people did not demoralize, but challenge bravely to overcome the problem together. 12th Aug of 2013 is a unforgettable day for every Yong Xing people. The transformer get problem when manufacturing, which makes rolling mill equipment can not start. Even if deliver urgently spare parts from matherland by air, it will maybe stop production for one month. At this critical juncture, the company led by Deputy General Zhang Xianghai and production department, electromechanical group, who hold a special meeting to discuss solution overnight. After several rounds of communication and verification, finally in four days later, we successfully rolled out of 16mm rebar. However, due to 16mm rebar in the local market is not good selling products, the demand is small, if company product this model is bound to result in product inventory backlog. At this point how to ensure the success of 12mm steel’s output is once again placed in front of everybody. Our outside management persons and technical persons is once again under pressure, around for the transformation of equipment, process parameters adjustment and experiment; production manager Lin qian Wei is suffering from typhoid fever, no time to have an intravenous drip, and we work together to struggle ...... With continuous communication among technical persons at home and abroad as well as foreign field persons over and over again tirelessly test, analysis of the root, and finally in August 23, 12mm rebar also successfully be produced. It is because of everyone's hard work to ensure the product again to the maximum range of the loss to a minimum. 

   Of course, August we also have exciting news. Scrap procurement achieve a key breakthrough, achieve a volume of 600 tons, which is a gratifying results, so that company's originally most worried bottlenecks have been effectively addressed.
