Conducted Safety Training Before Trial Production

Safe operation is the guarantee of smooth production, and safety training is the prerequisite of smooth production. Ying Xuanyong, the safety officer of Yong Xing Steel Company, carefully created a corporate level safety training courseware by using his rich experience for years in safety work and combining with the problems and case found in daily safety inspections. On May, 25th, 26th and 27th,  he conduct ed the safety training for incumbent of Yong Xing Steel Company, eliminating unnecessary obstacles for successful trial production of the company.

According to different nature and positon of jobs, the trainees are divided into three batches: smelting workshop staff, mill workshop staff and all electromechanical staff, all the support crew. In the meeting, safety supervisor first let them know the purpose, meaning and the safety instructions of the safety training by the way of questing. Then, through the interpretation of the famous " Hein theory " in the safety management he let the trainees understand that safety accidents has certain contingency and inevitability, and safety accidents often caused by a series of unsafe behavior accumulated to a certain degree. At the same time, Safety officer also explained scientific methods and steps of the "hazard identification" to trainees in the training meeting: analysis job step – equipment involved - possible risk of all the equipments’ operation - risk of accidents --- controlling measures corresponding to different risks. And he respectively used the operation site, dormitory and office as example to teach trainees how to identify hazards and how to respond it by using the method of "hazard identification". Finally, through the interpretation of the taboos when communicate with Nigeria people, let trainees to avoid unnecessary conflicts in the work which are caused by different customs and culture, avoiding hidden danger.

Through this training, Yong Xing Steel Company's incumbent have a new understanding of the safety work, and they said they will apply the knowledge learned in the training to the practical work. The safety training work is a complete success!
