Start Successfully Trail Production

 In June, the weather of Nigeria is hot; Nigeria Yong Xing people’s heart is also hot! With the preparation work coming to end and the trail production starting, Nigeria Yong Xing Steel Company is blooming radiance and composing numerous and combative songs of Yong Xing.

June 17, 2013 is a memorable day for Yong Xing Steel Company. After nearly one year’s intensive work and preparation, a steel plant with an annual output of various deformed steel bars and 300,000 tons of structural sections finally see this exciting moment the formal trial production in this exotic village of Benin city in Nigeria! 

On that trial production day, employees on the production line are rubbing their hands and exerting their utmost efforts; Staff of the logistics department are all very excited. Everyone is looking forward to the emergence of the first rebar nervously and excitedly. 

After the scrap iron smelt in the furnace for a few hours, the boiling steel rushed to the track like a long dragon... 

Although the first day only boiled a batch of molten steel and failed to produce steel for some reason, everyone's morale is high. Then everyone began to  summarize problems and look for reasons actively. From June 17 to June 22, during a six-day trail production, improvement and debugging, on the evening of June 22, Yong Xing Steel Company was finally able to output steel products continuity, everyone cheered up. 

The success of the steel output condenses all staffs’ hard work and sweat. Yong Xing Steel has taken the first step successfully. Although the road ahead in the future will be full of thorns and challenges, people of Yong Xing Steel Company believe they can overcome all the difficulties and create their own brilliant in Africa! 

Editorial: During these days of trail production, the most tired and laborious ones are these staffs in the production line. In order to test more rebars when devices work properly, they sometimes forgot to eat lunch and sometimes they ate dinner very late. The workshop director in these days is also the most laborious person. He has to plan the overall situation including the personnel, equipment and material as a whole, and he also need to handle the emergency at any time.
